Meet the real-life characters of Letters to Darcy!

Welcome to the blogsite of the characters of Letters to Darcy!

We were blessed with many who played a part in Darcy's journey with Trisomy 18.  Each is a source of inspiration, strength, and information as he or she helped care for our little Darcy and our family while she was still with us.  This website is dedicated to them who shared a piece of themselves and have forever made us grateful.

What's the big deal?  The purpose of this website is to allow readers (and characters, too!) to share how they were impacted by the story and characters of Letters to Darcy.  It is an open forum for anyone who would like to discuss the story and even share their own experiences and lessons-learned, which will be a tremendous ministry opportunity and practical help for participants.  In this website, you will meet some of the people who were involved with Darcy.  They will share the story in their own words and you may even get to blog with them!  Got a comment or question?  Write a blog and wait for an answer.  Need advice, based on the role they played?  Write it and read their replies.

Don't yet have a book?  Letters to Darcy is about faith, hope, life, love, grief, struggle, endurance, family, and community as told through a mother's letters to her dying child. To fully appreciate the contributions of the characters, I strongly encourage you to get a copy.  It's available in most bookstores, including Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble , and through darcyanne.com.

Thank you for visiting!  I hope you enjoy interacting with the people from the book.  I also hope that Darcy's story inspires you to spread Christ's love by ministering to those in similar circumstances.
